Best way to organise apps on iphone9/1/2023 ![]() ![]() For me that's weather and what's currently playing (this is the only area where I use a widget stack, to combine widgets from music, audio books and podcasts into one). Widgets are nice for stuff that you don't need to interact with but often glance at. Also because I used android for a long time and I prefer to have my most used apps on the bottom just above the dock, and the folders help "fill up" the space in the middle. That's mainly because I dislike how the app library sets the categories - I wish I could just categorize them myself, but for the time being I use folders instead. I do make use of widgets and folders though. I also use a one-page home screen like that. bonus points: sort the ones on the first page in a way that makes sense to you.now you have your most frequently used apps on your one-page home screen, and everything else is in the app library, where it will be automatically sorted for you by category/alphabetically, instead of being sorted by when you installed it.set it to add new apps to the library instead of the home screen. ![]() remove all you home screen pages but the first. It sounds like you're exactly who the app library was made for. I kind of keep the most frequently used ones on the first page, but after that it’s a kitchen sink. I don't know if you'd benefit a lot from widgets or stacks, but: /r/AppleMusic for discussion of Apple's music streaming service./r/iOSSetups for iOS wallpapers, setups, and apps./r/iPhoneXSMax for XS Max specific issues./r/AppleSwap if you want to trade devices!.Keep an eye on temporarily free or discounted apps on /r/AppHookup!.Your iPhone broke?
